Therapy for October 7 Survivors
This project provides mental health support to survivors of the October 7 music festival attacks. Through individual therapy, group sessions, retreats, body-mind therapies, and family support, survivors receive personalized care to help them process trauma and gradually rebuild their daily lives. For many survivors, this support is more than treatment, it is a path toward healing, connection, and hope after unimaginable experiences.

"It was like a breath of fresh air, like a place that understands and embraces what I'm going through, both with the therapists, the content, and with the environment and participants who are going through more or less the same emotions as me."

The charity behind the project
SafeHeart is a nonprofit organization created in the aftermath of the October 7 attacks by therapists from the trance community and leaders of safe spaces at music festivals.
The organization was established with one mission: to ensure that every survivor has access to professional, compassionate, and non-judgmental mental health care.
SafeHeart offers a comprehensive approach to healing, including individual therapy, group support, retreats, body-mind therapies, and family care. Its work is also supported by ongoing research led by Professor Roy Salomon and the Brain Research Lab at the University of Haifa, helping to advance the understanding and treatment of trauma.
