Care for Rescued Animals
This project provides food, shelter, and rehabilitation for rescued animals that have suffered from abuse, neglect, or abandonment. At the Starting Over Farm, horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, and many other animals receive medical care, protection, and the time they need to heal physically and emotionally. For these animals, the sanctuary is more than a safe place, it is a second chance to live with dignity, freedom, and care.

The charity behind this project
Starting Over Sanctuary was established in 2017 to rescue and rehabilitate animals that have experienced abuse, exploitation, neglect, or abandonment.
Today, it is the largest sanctuary of its kind in Israel and provides a permanent home for hundreds of animals, including horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, cats, chickens, ducks, and other rescued animals.
Supported entirely by donations and volunteers, the sanctuary offers professional veterinary care, rehabilitation, food, shelter, and a safe environment where every animal can begin a new chapter.
