On the morning of October 7th, 4,400 young men and women were at festivals near the Gaza Strip when a horrific and unprecedented terror attack by Hamas changed everything. Thousands are still grappling with extreme trauma, struggling to rebuild their lives. At SafeHeart, we ensure every survivor receives professional psychological care to help them return to daily life alongside their severe trauma, allowing them to recover and grow from this dreadful event.

The last year was difficult, there are communities and families that need help and attention. Smile’s project in honor of the holiday is to give families who are evacuated from their homes, families of soldiers and families of the wounded with a BUYME gift certificates. To remind them that we are thinking of them and hugging them tightly in the difficult moments.

We provide gift vouchers to families from the Druze community who live in Israel. A community that has gone through a very difficult tragedy from a missile that killed 12 children, in addition to the heavy losses of heroic fighters from the tribe who were killed during the war. With the help of the welfare services, community coordinators and in cooperation with the ATL association we reach people who are really in need and are happy to receive our help.

Every Thursday, “Yad Valev” volunteers visit Holocaust survivors across Israel and distribute warm meals, basic essentials, and gourmet baskets for Shabbat.

A Warm Home for Every Soldier is an organization which supports lone soldiers and soldiers who have no support from their families with all their needs. The organization provides food and clothes vouchers as well as necessary military equipment, that can be used in the leading shopping chains in Israel.
